We challenge participants and take them out of their comfort zones emotionally and physically.

Weekly Live Webinars

The programme is delivered through live coaching webinars which are interactive, practical and thought-provoking. Each week a different module is delivered.

Weekly Habit Challenges

Coaches set daily challenges based on the weekly theme and  participants track progress. 

Coach Check ins

Coaches are available via chat  and conduct weekly progress checks.

Evaluation

A wellness check in completed on day 1 and at the end of the programme.
